As first time sellers we were clueless about the whole process. Being based overseas, I was a bit concerned how the process would go. Chris kept on top of things, offered advice when it was asked for, and we met quiet a tight timeline to get the property sold. I would say he went out of his way and covered off a few things the Vendor would usually do on my behalf. Great service.
