Chris helped the reviewer sell this property

Knowledgeable, honest, hard working - what else do you need?

Going with HomeSell turned out to be a great decision and I would happily use them again should the need arise. I wasn't originally going to go with the PRO package but at the end of the day, I'm glad I did! Chris has a wealth of knowledge and he spent a lot more time (what a bonus!) doing things than I expected he would. I found him to be honest, transparent and very knowledgeable! Initially I was planning to do the bulk of the work myself, instead of using the PRO package, but in the end I was running out of time so purchased PRO. It turned out to be the best decision I made that month, as the whole deal turned out to be a quick, easy and seamless experience. Following advice from Chris also resulted in multiple good leads and a quick sale (at a good price!). If you are looking to use HomeSell I would HIGHLY recommend it and if I ever need them again I will be going straight to the PRO package. Thanks Chris, you've got a great business model and with your knowledge and work ethic I'm sure you'll do well into the future - all the very best! Regards Ian
