Chris is an awesome agent, who we would HIGHLY recommend to anyone selling a house. He was: PROFESSIONAL - he did everything quickly, seamlessly & efficiently. He knows his 'stuff'. This gave us a lot of confidence in him & made everything very easy & stress free. HONEST - Chris is a very humble guy, we didn't feel hassled or pressured into using Homesell, this was important to us because we had previously experienced real estate negatively. He was always transparent. RELIABLE - Chris arranged everything we needed eg: Advertising material, contacting purchasers, Updating the Vendors portal, Lim report, P&S agreement & all other paperwork quickly, efficiently & seamlessly, he made it so that we had nothing to stress over at all. REASSURING - Doing our own Open homes was daunting as selling our house was very emotional for us. Chris was very supportive with this, he even popped in before the 1st open home, which we really appreciated.
