Having been through the process of buying and selling myself a couple of times, I
know it can feel overwhelming. That personal experience, paired with several
decades in sales, sales management, and business leadership, has shaped the way
I approach real estate: with empathy, adaptability, and a strong focus on people.
Over the years, I’ve developed a deep understanding of marketing, negotiation, and
how to navigate changing markets. What draws me to real estate is that it’s rarely
just about property — it’s about new beginnings. Whether you’re buying your first
home, selling something special, or simply exploring your options, I’m here to help
make the journey feel a little easier — and hopefully, a lot more exciting.
I’m a proud dad of two and believe a home is much more than bricks and mortar —
it’s a place where life is nurtured and memories are made.
Outside of work, I feel most at home in the New Zealand bush — fishing by a quiet
stream, hiking a trail, or pottering in the garden. I’m also rebuilding a classic
Mercedes (slowly!), and soaking up time with my family is always top of the list.
I take my work personally — sometimes too personally — because I genuinely care
about helping people get things right. If I can’t find a solution, I feel like I haven’t
done my job. That level of care and attention to detail is what I bring to every
conversation.
Even if you're not sure what your next step is, I’m always happy to chat — no
pressure, no rush.
