Chico helped the reviewer sell this property

241 East Coast Road

We met Chico and instantly absorbed his good advice re the current market. We listened and took action on the various suggestions he had from re presenting house to negotiation skills. He brought in a optimistic energy and helped us stay positive in a very unpredictable market. His input assisted us with the result we wanted and got. Highly recommend Chico he has a great charismatic personality and is someone we will deal with again.
