The best agent we've ever come across

Myself and my husband were recommended Cheryl by a colleague. After 9 months of searching for our house to no avail, I contacted Cheryl. I wish I had sooner! She was so wonderful, assisted us in visiting numerous houses and told us so many valuable things that we had never considered, such as what to be wary of, how we could add value, what elements of the house we could negotiate on etc. We had never come across an agent like her and trusted her completely. She ended up finding our home (our dream home!) and was incredible throughout the process. Whether it was answering our anxious calls late at night, or discussing minor details with our curious parents. I can't recommend her enough! I send her details to anyone I know embarking on their journey for a house, whether to buy or sell. Aside from her talent and professionalism, she is a wonderfully kind and generous person with a great sense of humour. Thank you again Cheryl for everything! We are endlessly appreciative.
