For a reference I record the following. Cheryl was given the brief to sell a unit for us in January 2022. Unfortunately this turned out to be a difficult time to sell due to market trends and a changing of buyer expectations. Cheryl had to deal with this and did a superb job in working the property. She adopted various strategies to extract buyers in different price brackets. It was not an easy time to sell with buyers not being willing to commit to a purchase. However, Cheryl was tenacious and remained committed to the sale over a long period of time and was very professional in the way she handled it. There was an in situ tenant to keep happy and she did this well and had good interpersonal skills.
