We had such a great experience with Cherry, and we’re really grateful for all the help she gave us throughout our first home-buying journey. We had been looking for a home for quite a long time, so we met quite a few agents along the way. We first met Cherry at one of her open homes, and she took the time to understand what we were looking for and what our budget was. What really surprised us was that about six months later, when we went to another one of her open homes, she still remembered our requirements and checked our budget again. That day, she recommended a property that was about to come onto the market, and it turned out to be a really good match for what we were looking for. She also helped us prepare for the auction and gave us a lot of encouragement and support. Unfortunately, we didn’t win that auction, but we were really impressed by how close the final sale price was to Cherry’s estimate. It made us realise just how well she understood the local market, especially around Te Atatū South and Glendene. After that, Cherry recommended two more properties that were coming onto the market. During the viewings, we also really appreciated how empathetic she was. And what stood out to us was that her empathy wasn’t just towards us as buyers — she also genuinely understood and respected the vendors’ perspective. That made us feel that she was someone who really cared about the people involved, rather than simply trying to make a sale. In the end, we bought one of the properties she introduced us to, and it became our very first home. Buying our first home was a long and sometimes stressful process, but having Cherry there made a huge difference. We really appreciated her patience, honesty, market knowledge and, most importantly, the genuine support she gave us along the way. We’re very happy that we met Cherry, and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
