From a buyers perspective, I didn't like her nor look forward to dealing with her throughout the process. Super pushy during negotiations and when there were other offers on the table giving you the hurry along. From the moment go I felt that she was only interested in getting her fees, which was prominent during the deposit negotiations. I could see the above as excellent if you were the seller who hired her.

Cherry is a hard working and very conscientious agent who uses her initiatives to get the deal done. I engaged Cherry to sell our daughter's (who lives in London) unit in Te Atatu South in 2018, and then we left for our big OE to Europe. Unbeknownst to us, the unit had a number of issues which we were not aware of. Upon finding out, Cherry took charge of the whole thing, she liaised with the architect, the builder and city council to sort everything out while keeping us informed at all times.
