Cherry sold us the property 7 years ago and we appointed her primarily due to the experience we had with her as a buyer at that time. Cherry and Steve are both naturally engaging and clearly enjoy the ‘people’ aspect of selling property. In this market, with increasing uncertainty, tighter lending conditions, an increasing number of properties on the market as well persistent COVID related issues, the importance of being able to engage with and secure genuine buyers, making their process as seamless as possible, cannot be overstated. We found Cherry and Steve to be highly professional, incredibly engaged in our property, honest, unafraid to give bad news along with good and, most importantly, the price achieved sat within the appraised range they provided 6 months prior. 30-odd years in the industry is testament to the fantastic service they provide to vendors and purchasers alike, and ultimately to the results they achieve.
