Cherish was a huge help during the process of buying my first home. Communication was always easy and punctual and she made a complicated process reasonably straightforward for me, considering I hadn't been through an entire house purchase before. After having an offer turned down on one property, she identified another one also on the market that suited my needs and went out of her way to suggest it to me. I was aware of the property but hadn't been motivated to view it, however after some persistence from Cherish we had a look and it ended up being the property I purchased! She understood that the way I was purchasing the property was with a friend, which took a little more time and consultation than normal, and respected that by not putting too much pressure on the process. Our experience buying 21 Sretlaw St and working with Cherish Thom to purchase the property was very good. We found Cherish helpful and informative about the property. We did not commit straight away to the purchase of this property and when Cherish knew what we were looking for she was good at suggesting other options. When we were ready Cherish was very good at making time for further visits to the home and patiently worked with us. Then capably assisted us with the purchasing contract.
