Open and honest in her advice and her assessment of the market value of the house was bang on. She provided us with offers well above the expectation we had and was flexible with marketing arrangements to suit us. While initially surprised that she wanted to pursue further open homes when we had some good offers to consider, I am pleased she did this as the offer we selected fell through and without her continued momemtum we might not have got several better offers so quickly. She also kept me well informed throughout the process.
