Cherie was recommended to us from Paul, who was our Property Manager whilst the house was tenanted. He said she had many years experience and knew the area very well. Upon meeting Cherie and Lisa, her PA, they came across as warm and friendly, and we felt we could trust them to market our house to get the best possible outcome. We met them at the house, and after ascertaining that it needed a tidy up, they recommended Gardeners, House Stagers, and Painters. All this work was done, to a high standard. The photos and video were awesome - we got a Pre-Auction offer after 5 days, and we were un-conditional after 7.
