I actually didn't realise it was possible to sell a house just 2½ weeks after listing! But I guess having the right agent in your corner really does make all the difference! Chelsea is incredibly motivated, a clear and fast communicator, and someone who genuinely goes the extra mile to get the best possible result for both the vendor and the purchaser, making sure everyone is kept informed and on the same page throughout the process. Thank you, Chelsea, for working your magic and going above and beyond. We couldn't be happier with the result! 👏🏡

We recently worked with Chelsea to purchase a property in Taupo, and we found her to be an outstanding agent. The property was not a simple one and there were several challenges with it, nonetheless, Chelsea worked patiently and promptly throughout the process to make it happen. She was always responsive, in spite of being very busy, and she was quick to reply to messages and calls. Chelsea has a deep and up-to-date understanding of the Taupo housing market, and she does a great job of keeping her finger on the pulse. We also found her to be a pleasure to deal with throughout – cheerful, personable, and professional. A few issues came up during the purchase, and she took prompt action every time, smoothing over points of resistance before they became real problems. Our experience with this purchase has given us the confidence to enlist Chelsea to sell our current property. We recommend her without reservation.

Chelsea has been a dream since our first meeting. Her people skills, expertise in property and positive attitude made our experience not only successful, but also such a pleasure. We loved working with Chelsea from the very beginning. She was super friendly, and approachable. As first home buyers we wanted someone who cared about the journey, and wanted to see us succeed. Chelsea definitely ticked that box! She was super easy to communicate with, and always went the extra mile to make sure we had the information we needed. You can tell Chelsea cares a lot about her clients. We will definitely be recommending her to friends and family.

Chelsea was awesome to deal with from start to finish. She was upfront and genuine throughout the whole buying process, with a wealth of industry knowledge, great communication and careful negotiation skills that made everything run smoothly. After talking to Chelsea about her proposed approach to selling our property at 17 Tuapapa Road, and seeing her outstanding local knowledge of the residential property market, it was an easy decision to trust her with the listing. Chelsea’s communication throughout the sales process was excellent. Her straightforward, no-nonsense approach was a refreshing change from what can sometimes be expected in the real estate industry. She was genuinely enthusiastic about achieving the best outcome for us, and that enthusiasm clearly carried through to prospective buyers, helping showcase the strengths of our property. After only four weeks on the market, and following some robust negotiations, Chelsea achieved a fantastic result for us as vendors in a market where similar properties had been sitting unsold for months. I would absolutely have no hesitation in recommending Chelsea to anyone looking to sell a residential property in Taupō. Her honest, professional and enthusiastic approach sets her apart.

I first met Chelsea when I was viewing one of the earlier properties in my search, relocating from Northland down to Taupo. I could have gone a different direction after that, but I didn't — I kept coming back to her, and that says everything. Moving between regions isn't simple. I was making trips down specifically to view houses, and Chelsea organised everything so that each visit counted. She lined up viewings back to back, made the most of the time I had, and never made it feel rushed or transactional. What stood out most was how well she knew the market. She wasn't just showing me listings — she was actually listening. Over time she built up a real picture of what I needed in a property, not just the specs, but the feel of the place, the lifestyle fit, all of it. That kind of attention is rare. She was honest when honesty was needed, kind throughout, and went out of her way on the things that didn't strictly fall in her lane. By the time we found the right place, we both just knew. There was no second-guessing. It was one of those moments where the process and the outcome lined up perfectly. By the end of it, it didn't feel like a professional transaction. It felt like a good person had genuinely helped me find a home. I'm grateful for everything Chelsea did, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone.
