As soon as I saw Charlotte walking up my driveway, I knew she was the one to sell my fathers property. Once we started our conversation and walk around the property, I could tell Charlotte knew her stuff and told me in real terms what I should do and expect with the property to go to market. As I didn't have time to waste, Charlotte got straight to work with listing the property and selling it at Auction during the nasty weather events in February 2023.
