Having bought our Mount Maunganui apartment through Charlotte 3.5 years ago, it was a no-brainer to pick up the phone to her when the time came to sell. Despite tough market conditions, Charlotte and her team were brilliant with regular communication throughout, professionalism and efficiency. We are from the U.K. and had limited experience of the Kiwi property market, however Charlotte was patient and understanding with us throughout the process and we still managed to have a laugh, even when the pressure started to ramp up!
