Charlotte had the first open home and was discrete yet personable. Left to view in my own time and details taken. My wife and I then booked another viewing for 2 days later. We received all the information required to place a pre-auction bid. Once in place everything moved really quickly. All paperwork was signed off, bid accepted for an early auction and this was all done without issue whilst Charlotte was in Australia. On winning at auction again everything flowed so we had no worries about the process. Deposit paid, move in date arranged, just waiting to get the keys. Charlotte left us with our questions and kept us informed throughout. Would recommend every time.

We were out of town vendors and really needed an agent her would keep communication open. Charlotte and her team were pro active, great communicators across every level! Staging our house was organised, lawn mowing organised, they even finished sourcing hooks and hanging our curtains when we ran out of time.
