Charlotte helped the reviewer buy this property

Hard working, honest and committed throughout the entire selling process.

Her personal experience of living in the in the country and practical knowledge and aspects of lifestyle property living was invaluable when answering buyers questions. We always felt that she genuinely cared about our needs and wanted the best possible outcome for us . At a time when property prices were steadily declining she brought two prospective buyers to our property, which helped us achieve a better price than we might otherwise have expected. Her initial appraisal was also much more realistic and favourable than that of another agent , which gave us a more positive starting point. We would happily recommend Charlotte to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, caring and dedicated realestate agent . Thank you Charlotte for all the hard work and support.
