Charlotte was fantastic to work with from start to finish. She was professional, approachable, and kept communication clear the whole way through. She made the process feel easy and stress-free, and delivered an awesome result by getting our home sold in just 12 days. Highly recommend!

From the beginning, Charlotte was professional, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping us. Communication throughout the entire process was clear timely and put us at ease at each step with information and no pressure. Charlotte paid attention to detail and had strong knowledge of the local market updating us regularly. She provided honest advice, and handled everything with a calm approach that made the experience far less stressful than we expected. We always felt like we were in good hands. Charlotte went above for us to ensure everything ran smoothly. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Charlotte.

Buying our first home was daunting, but Dealing with Charlotte during this process made everything run very smooth, her very approachable nature made it easy for us to ask questions and wrap our heads around a lot of things. Would definitely recommend working with her whether your buying or selling

Charlotte was awesome, great expertise and communication through out. The process was all very streamline and straight forward! Thank you

We are so grateful to Charlotte and Sandy! They worked super hard both helping us to prepare for our sale campaign and also engaging proactively with potential buyers to deliver an incredible outcome. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Both Charlotte and Yasemin seem to know the Pukekohe market well, and are able to provide good advice on what ned sto be done to get the desired outcome. Communication was mostly through "What's App", which took us a bit of getting used to, but worked pretty well. They negotiated well on our behalf.

The ladies put some great effort into marketing and finding prospective buyers.

My journey with Yasemin and Charlotte started nearly a year before the sale of my house, when they did an evaluation on my property. I told them of my plans to sell in the near future and during that time they maintained contact and kept me well updated regarding the property market. When I finally decided to market my property Yasemin and Charlotte were my first choice and they did not disappoint. They were professional, well informed and friendly throughout the whole process. They made selling a breeze and in under a month they took close to 60 groups through my property which subsequently sold at auction. I can’t speak highly enough of them both. They were fantastic to deal with and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone wanting to sell.

Charlotte was exceptional whilst purchasing my first home. As a first home buyer i had dealt with a few Agents prior and Charlotte was definitely the standout. Considering it was my first home and i had limited knowledge, Charlotte helped me into the home from the very first step, all the way to auction, Even helping with a broker who was a MASSIVE help in securing my dream property. With Charlotte's extensive knowledge of the property, combined with her down to earth and approachable nature she is definitely well deserving of a glowing review and should be Anyone's FIRST CHOICE when looking into the property market !

She is helping in every way possible

From my first meeting with Charlotte I was impressed by her professionalism and market knowledge. Charlotte is a great communicator and was friendly and helpful, not only with the process of selling my property but also with advice about the purchase of another property. I felt that no problem or question was too much trouble for Charlotte to help me with. I'm very happy with the outcome of the whole process. I would highly recommend Charlotte to anyone who wants a hassle-free experience in their real estate endeavours!

Charlotte was absolutely awesome to work with. From the start, she was really responsive, kept me updated every step of the way, and always got back to me quickly whenever I had a question. She knows her stuff and made what could’ve been a stressful process really straightforward and easy. I felt confident the whole way through because she was honest, clear, and genuinely cared about getting the best outcome. She was always willing to go the extra mile which made working with her awesome. Couldn’t recommend her more! If you’re selling in Pokeno, Charlotte’s the one you want on your side.
