One of a Kind!

We had been looking for a suitable home for months in the market and we met Char while viewing one of her listings which did not work for us (we had been looking for long time now). She followed up and took the TIME to listen to what we needed and our house goals. That following week, we viewed and everything ticked the boxes of what we were looking for. We could not believe how quick and how hard she worked behind the scenes to make it happen. She had the best balance of professionalism & down to earth (not better than anyone) personality in her work that made us feel calm and comfortable to ask any questions we may have without feeling judged. She cared to listen to every detail we shared about our dreams and family and she asked questions because she genuinely wants to know our goals as a family which showed in her finding the perfect home for us. Char's fantastic communication skills had reassured and informed us along the way of the process of the purchase and guided us through challenging decision-making by giving us excellent advice based on her knowledge of the market which obviously worked! We NEVER felt pressured into making any decision which is what we really loved about her. There's many great agents as we can see rated on here, but as business owners, we found that there's only a few that actually have a high level of care for the people as much as the sale or purchase of their property. She is that agent. She loves to serve people and we felt that. We highly recommend her. We must also add, while walking through property, her designer eye definitely was a bonus as she helped us re-imagine our dream home in a great way with her suggestions and laughs!
