We have never held real estate agents in very high regard after being treated so badly by one or two in the past and have always opted to sell our own properties because of this. We were not living in Carterton at the time and because our previous property manager had been so fantastic we decided to ask her for a referral. She sent us Channyn. Well, what can I say! From the beginning she was outstanding with her communication, professionalism and advice. Channyn always took our concerns seriously and balanced her committment to the three families she was dealing with. Firstly the tenants, the vendor and the purchaser. She went beyond what I would expect, or have witnessed, from any other real estate agent and has indeed restored my faith in the industry. Channyn's attention to detail and support to get the sale over the line was outstanding, even through to promising to clean a fan for us! Gee whizz you can't get much more dedication than that. This lady is gold and a real asset to any organisation she works for! I hope this review reaches the right people!
