We chose Chanda out of three companies that we invited to give us an appraisal for the sale of Mum's house. This was because she gave us the best appraisal as it was seen at the time, for the sale going forward. We went to the market at the same time there began a large turn-down in the market, and although we were disappointed that there was no interest in the property at the auction, Chanda and the Eves team were sure the right buyer was out there. This proved correct with two conditional contract's signed up, a backup offer being the first to go unconditional, to eventually secure the property. Although we fell short on achieving the appraised value, we were happy to accept the offer, especially given the slump in the market. Throughout this time Chanda was very knowledgeable and professional to deal with, so I would recommend her to any prospective sellers and buyers.
I am so thankful for the guidance and effort that Chanda put in to help sell my property in an ever changing market. This property was my first home I purchased over 10 years ago.
