Family Home to Market after 41 years.

I have recently had our family home of 40 plus years on the market. I asked a friend who had been a Real Estate Agent for a recommendation, and she gave me Cecilia and Betty's names without hesitation. Through the many meetings and phone consultations I was listened to and coached carefully about how best to present my biggest asset ready for sale allowing me to move forward into retirement living. ( for the record neither sister like tablecloths ! ) . Communication was frequent with Cecilia joking at one point it might be easier to move in, there are plenty of beds! They made time for a myriad of questions over coffee and cake . It felt like friends calling rather than salesmen (women) .Selling the house was quite emotional and we have shared well-meant hugs given spontaneously as comfort in this process.
