Cavin is a great communicator, a good listener and for an older couple a very compassionate, patient and kind person. At times we struggled with the process and he was always there to guide us through any difficulties. He was always very professional and his negotiating skills were great he managed to get us more than we thought. No hesition in recommended him.

We arranged through Harcourts to view an apartment in Whitianga with Cavin. We were also wanting to have a look at an open home for comparison the following day, but Cavin arranged to show us through that the same day, which was fantastic as that fitted in with our weekend plans better. He was not pushy, but very informative. Would recommend dealing with Cavin.
