We chose Cathy because of her excellent reputation and the fact she had sold two houses in our street very quickly. We have found her to be pragmatic, professional and determined to get us a reasonable sale price. At all times Cathy has been responsive and positive about our home. While it took us longer to sell than we had anticipated, Cathy remained encouraging and we got there in the end!
