I was getting desperate to find a house. I had lost out on a few and was feeling incredibly stressed as the deadline for settlement on my house was fast approaching. Cathy was meticulous in arranging all that needed to be organised for arranging times to view my "new" house with building inspector, builder, etc. Not only that, she was so encouraging, positive and caring in her manner with me, she made me feel reassured every step of the way. Her communications were such that I knew what was happening every moment. Cathy made me feel valued and cared about. I would trust Cathy totally to sell my house in the future.
