Well, hubby and I met with a few different agents and although they were lovely, we didn't feel comfortable with them. Then we found Cathy, we met her through a friend of a friend who told us how good she is, so we had to see for ourselves. Hubby and I met Cathy and we clicked!! She was who we were looking for.
