Cathy has recently returned to real estate focusing on Industrial and Commercial properties , but is always available for residential listings .
Her extensive experience in spec building and residential developments in Queenstown led her into obtaining her real estate license. She gained the trust of 'sight unseen ' sales of several businessmen of international standing and NZ government officials . Upon her move to ChCh the opportunity arose for her to manage a multi million dollar private portfolio spanning developments in Queenstown, Lake Ohau, Christchurch and Hamilton. This included a role as Project Manager of the design, build and sales of over 110 houses in Hamilton for which the main Company she was involved with received 5 Master Builder awards.
“One of my most memorable sales was an urgent sale . I was given 6 weeks to sell a $15 million property which I successfully settled within the timeframe ,which included flying to the other side of the world to confirm the agreement."
In December 2024 she successfully completed a multi million dollar sale which required meetings with Iwi, Council and our local MP and then lunch with the PM !. We managed to get 'Fast Track' recognition ,which if/when successful will bring about 200 jobs to the TK /Mercer area.
