Catherine has been truely exceptional working for us to sell our rental. We were not based locally and had never sold via auction before. She provided great advise on the local market and what to expect with the auction process. She is an excellent communicator and time and again stepped in to help us out with things that were difficult to address when we were remote, including advice on trades people to freshen the place up and stage for sale.
