Catherine was friendly & tried to be helpful. I think the vendors were nice but made it difficult. It seems they weren't ready to go to market when some photos were shown on the Trade Me Property site & Catherine was named as an agent to contact..I was frustrated that I left messages that weren't acted on. Perhaps Catherine didn't know the house was advertised, she was on holiday. We went to an Open Day that was advertised later & our family did all the research needed for us. Once we bought the house at auction Catherine was helpful arranging for us to have a visit to help us decide what furniture would fit in & met with our builder & gave good information when he came to inspect the property for us. Catherine was happy to arrange another visit for an inspection before settlement but we were busy & unfortunately didn't make the time. We were surprised & disappointed that the vendors hadn't replaced the bathroom heater that didn't go & that the smoke alarms don't go. It has been a stressful time but we are very happy in our new home
