Cat Morgan has to be the most professional, hard working and approachable real estate agent I’ve ever had the privilege of working with. From our first meeting I felt at ease as she went through the whole selling process plus the necessary paperwork etc in meticulous detail and was very easy to talk to plus helpful in giving advice regarding the decisions we needed to make. Living so far away from our house in Havelock North, she kindly helped to get it ready for sale, using her flair for showing the house off to its maximum potential inside and out. She added important touches to make it homely as well as highlighting its best features. When it did go on the market she kept us up to date on every open house and the potential purchasers. Even during negotiations she gave excellent advice regarding counter offers, and I believe was responsible for securing a satisfactory and successful outcome for everyone concerned. She always went the extra mile to help in so many ways. Couldn’t believe it when my son and I arrived at 5.30pm from Lower Hutt one evening to find the house lit up, curtains drawn, beds made up and food and drink left in kitchen for tea and breakfast next morning. We were gobsmacked and just so appreciative and grateful for all that she had done for us. Unbelievable! She also eased our minds when a weather bomb hit Hawke’s Bay a few days before settlement date and she went and checked the property at night to make sure it was alright.
