Carrie recently sold our first home. New to the real estate scene, we originally went into the sale process with a bias towards a private sale, like many, with the naïve intention of saving on commission costs. We did however, discuss agency options with a few agents as well, and Carrie really stood out. We decided to go with Carrie, who listed our property and sold within two weeks. We honestly couldn't be happier with the process and result. It was relatively stress free, straight forward and transparent. Carrie was knowledgeable, professional (but was very personable to deal with) and communicated well. She was transparent and provided a realistic market assessment of our property, so we could work through what options were best for our next step before we sold.
