Carrie provided much needed knowledge for my purchase of the property, I had not experience in considering external factors that affects property value and she helped a lot in that area (Explanation in regards to zoning, surroundings, land etc) . Made good suggestions of potential properties that fits my criteria, and made time to attend open homes that works for me.
