The auction went off like a rocket!

I just wanted share my fabulous experience with Carolyn.  My daughter is in the real estate business and she had recommended her and so I knew I was in good hands. Her thorough and professional approach helped me to focus on what needed attention and gave me confidence in the whole process. Talk about going over and beyond the call of duty, as I was overseas when the campaign started, Carolyn was even out with the leaf blower before open homes and organizing tradespeople for some issues that arose. She was in constant communication with me and guiding me through various scenarios.  I ended up with a pre-auction offer which brought the auction forward and had seven bidders registered on the day. She worked like a demon for the buyers to get their due diligence done and without her determination and availability to attend to visits from builders and other people inspecting the property, it wouldn’t have been possible to get them onboard for the auction. Needless to say, the auction went off like a rocket with an amazing outcome.  I can confidently recommend Carolyn for anyone looking for an agent that will be upfront but personable, you will be in excellent hands!
