When we decided put our lifestyle block on the market we contacted a number of real estate agents. Carolyn presented the most logical and thought-out plan and our decision to sell through Carolyn proved to be the right one. We knew the property would be difficult to sell as it is very unique and falls into an awkward price range. However, Carolyn worked relentlessly for a year to get the sale through, far exceeding expectations you would normally put on a real estate agent. Over this time I came to admire Carolyn for her determination, positivity, and wonderful people skills. It's not often I recommend people - actually it's very rare - but I would not hesitate to recommend Carolyn to anyone about to take their house or property to market.
