From start to finish I have been hugely impressed by the expertise, efficiency, responsiveness and care shown by Carolyn and everyone at Harcourts. Their knowledge of the market is outstanding and so we felt completely happy to act on their advice whilst we were navigating the process of selling our house in Picton. I have no reservation whatsoever in wholeheartedly recommending both Carolyn and Harcourts to anyone thinking of selling their house in this area. I would add that Carolyn has gone above and beyond the level of service/help I would normally expect from agent. This was particularly helpful to us in our circumstances as we were selling a property from overseas and the property we were selling belonged to my sister who had very sadly died. Apart from getting us over the line, we will always appreciate the kindness and sensitivity shown by Carolyn to us throughout the process.
