We enjoyed dealing with Caroline and appreciated her enthusiasm and professionalism. She was available whenever we tried to contact her and met with us, at our request, on several occasions. We were selling my mother's house and Caroline was very sensitive to the fact that this was a difficult move for Mum. There were a few issues that needed to be rectified for the sale to go through and Caroline spent a large amount of time talking with the buyer (a first home buyer) to ensure that he understood the process and that the sale was successful.
