Caroline was always available to show me the property I wished to purchase, whether this was for the builders to go to do a pre-offer inspection, or for me to bring various "others" to view the property. As this was over the Christmas period it was probably not always convenient, but I never knew as Caroline was always so happy to help.

I put my apartment in the Central City on the market. A cute one-bedroom apartment that had been originally converted from a commercial unit. Its selling points were its positioning, its storage and the large outdoor area. A rare combo, if you ask me, but I had to convince the estate agent of that ... or so I thought. Caroline got it IMMEDIATELY and promised that she would target the marketing of this apartment to the buyers who would be interested in this quirky apartment. She did EXACTLY what she promised. Selling an apartment in the lead up to Christmas is never easy. She provided us with options for advertising and put us in touch with the most AMAZING dressers who really showed off the finest features of the apartment. It almost gave me second thoughts! She communicated at each stage of the process - I've not done this before but she really held our hand. And ultimately she found us four buyers over the Christmas period and we accepted an offer just after the New Year. Caroline is AUTHENTIC. She absolutely cares about her clients. There's no doubt in my mind. And you know how I know? Because after we exchanged with the buyer we got in touch with Just Paterson and they told us that she'd had to leave the City to fly to the other side of the world for family reasons. I would never have guessed because despite going through her own stuff she NEVER MISSED A BEAT. She stayed CONSISTENT, SUPPORTIVE and DELIVERED whilst all the time being WARM, ATTENTIVE, and CLEAR. I don't recommend many things but i DO recommend selling your home with Caroline. Caroline, I can't thank you enough. In this market, at this time of year, I can tell you that I after putting my apartment on the market in November, exchanging in February I am now in the position of being able to take possession of my new-build at the end of March. Thank you so much for all that you did. I hope you are well. You have single-handedly changed my view of what agents do and who they are as people.
