Carolien was very professional right from the initial appointment before listing with her marketing knowledge and market analysis/ aprasil , right until our sale became unconditional. Because we were residing out of town, communication was a little more complicated/challenging and she managed this well and kept us up to date regularly and in a timely manor. Carolien went the extra mile to stage our house prior to the open homes she ran. Our daughter was living in the house at the time and had not always fully tidied the house. Carolien stepped up to do this for us. Much appreciated. Carolien also went beyond her duty in speaking with lawyers , mortgage brokers, insurance and her team NIDD/ Supervisor with aspects of our sales agreements. Caroline was very capable of negotiating our sale agreements and the amendments to them to our advantage. Carolien worked really hard to sell our place with strong marketing after the initial marketing period expired and while our first offer was still conditional continued to work for us and was able to bring anther offer to the table at a agreeable price. From a vendors point of view, Carolien was pleasant and not pushy and easy to deal with. We Strongly recommend Carolien.
