Excellent communicator

Carol came highly recommended for her local knowledge and her communication style and did not disappoint with either. Like most sellers, we probably had an inflated view of the property's worth going into the campaign. She somehow managed to keep us both optimistic and realistic with her regular check ins particularly around open home feedback. The ultimate price we obtained was absolutely in line with the pricing guidance she and Brandon provided. The two together make a great team.
