Sale of my Father's house

We went to Eve's Real Estate to see if we could get someone to come and give us an appraisal on my Father's house in June 2021, Carol was in the office, so she came to the house with Gordon and went through the property, the were both very helpful. Then lockdown came and everything came to a standstill, but Carol kept in touch with what was happening in the property market in Tauranga. In December when we were able to leave Auckland, we made contact with Carol and Gordon, their professionalism was really great, the house was well marketed and was sold with 2 days. Thank you Carol for all your enthusiasm and help in achieving the right price for the house.
