My wife and I recently bought a property at auction which was marketed by Carol. Prior to the auction, we corresponded with Carol via email as we live overseas. Carol always responded promptly and made herself available to speak on the phone too. Once the auction was done, there was a slight confusion with the paperwork and she worked well into the early hours of the morning to sort it all out! Overall, everything went smoothly.
