In February we went to Auckland to arrange the sale of our House In Birkdale. We Signed up with Terry and Carmen at Harcourts then returned to our home in Hastings. We could not have left the sale in better hands as they looked into everything that would affect the sale. The procedure for selling the house was set out very clearly in the office, before the job started, with a time line determined. The work on the house then began and I regretted not leaving it all up to Carmen & Terry. I had arranged for some Cleaning of the gardens and hedges but it was not very well done. Carmen then had it finished off properly and at a much better rate than I had organized. Inside the house Carmen attended to Repairs and painting. Plumbers and Electricians were arranged to fix problems. Everything was followed up and calls made to us to report progress. For the sale Carmen liaised between us and the bidders making sure all the pre-auction paper work was in order. She sent documents to us to be signed up until 10:00 PM in the final days before the Auction. Carmen was determined to do the best job possible for the sale of our house. The house looked good in the advertisements and the adverts were well distributed. The auction was at night but Carmen made sure everybody interested in the house was in attendance. We got a much better sale price than expected. My wife and I were very happy with our experience with Carmen, Terry and Harcourts.

Carmen was great to deal with when buying our home. She always communicates with us efficiently and puts in extra work. Carmen is also always friendly, contactable and reliable. I was very impressed with the service she provided. Would highly recommend Carmen when buying or selling a house.
