I appreciated the efficient and professional services. My house sold within a week, and this was largely due to the great advice and support that was provided by Carmen and her team. My house was advertised and showcased beautifully, both in images and the description of the property. Carmen communicated clearly and often.
Carmen was always available to answer any queries and obviously thoroughly understood marketing procedures ...and she listened!

Thank you so much for your help us to get beautiful house, I'm incredibly grateful for all your efforts!"
Carmen came highly recommended and exceeded our expectations from our initial meeting to the sale of our property. The marketing reports and feedback from open homes were comprehensive and were always followed up with phone calls. We always felt well informed and able to chat at anytime which lead to numerous offers and ultimately the right purchaser. Rachel and Carmen are a great team, their market experience and knowledge showed true professionalism and would highly recommend. Thank you ladies a great result for all your hard work 🤩
Carmen was wonderful to work with in the purchase of our investment property. She was ready and open to alternative options and we always felt we were in trustworthy hands. We felt well informed and supported throughout.
Carmen has a very good understanding of the market in our area - Tauranga Avenues, particularly the buyers in the market at any time, and what is likely to appeal to them. To some extent Carmen is a victim of her own success, servicing a lot of listings at any one time makes her very busy, however her able assistants ensured that “i”s were dotted and “t”s were crossed at all times." Despite her busyness, Carmen ran all the open homes and pursued potential buyers, and with her market knowledge accurately predicted the degree of interest from each of the potential bidders. As a result we were able to set a very satisfactory reserve price, and achieved a prompt sale by auction at a price we were satisfied with. We would have no hestitation in recommending Carmen to anyone proposing to sell in the Tauranga Avenues area.
Carmen made the recent sale of 111 Waratah Street a very easy seamless experience. Her knowledge of the current market and her advice helped ensure we achieved the very best outcome for the property. Her honest and professional approach was a breath of fresh air and we found her very easy to deal with. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone interested in selling their property.
