Selling a house is stressful in itself, add living overseas to the mix and it can be a recipe for disaster. However, in our case it worked like a charm. All the decisions needed to prep, market and selling of the house was largely overseen by Carlos and team. There was no need for my husband and I to fly back to NZ.
