I got a good vibe the moment I met Carley. I intuitively knew she was a skilled archer, a straight shooter so to speak! An honest truthful agent in all respects. The property took approx 3 months to sell and Carley remained focussed and hard working throughout. We realistically needed to adjust the asking price to attract buyers, Carley never forced me to make this decision but with her professionalism and market knowledge it was the obvious correct choice to take.
