I informed Carla of the location firstly, then the type of house I was looking for. (Very much like my family home I grew up in.) Carla found the perfect house. We had a few trials to get through between lawyers, insurance & FNDC paperwork but Carla found all the information we needed to get the sale through. Always available at the end of a phone to give clear direction as to the best course of action to take.
