Carla was very communicative, easy to deal with and very honest. She made the process of buying the house very easy and always stayed in touch, regularly checking in on the next steps and updating us as we went through the process. She was always an available when we had any queries and able to work out the timings to be there at the house for the inspections and things. Would recommend her as an agent for sure.

When I met Carla I found her to be very knowledgeable and great to work with. When my offer was declined and I had given up she encouraged me to think about it and gave me the confidence to retry 🫣 I was thrilled when the offer was accepted and I was moving to a Fabulous neighbourhood. The property was empty and I had envisaged picking up gravel and replacing it with grass, however this was declined by the vendors. Throughout all of this Carla was amazing and she even managed to get the garden tidied up prior to settlement as it had become scruffy. Carla works incredibly hard for her sellers and when something does not work she will approach it from a different angle! Thank you for all of your hard work and working with my ‘2 month take-over wait’ stressed self! All handled very professionally 😄
