Living in a town away from the one where the house was, can lead to a lot of traveling back and forth. The burden of this was lessened because Carl went beyond what we had experienced with Agents in the past, to make the selling process a lot easier for us. We are very grateful for this. The house sold much quicker than we expected at about the price we had hoped for.
