Craig and Carina, You were so helpful and informative from the outset, knowing that we had yet to put our home on the market, basically kept us in the loop as to potential interest. When we were in a position to make an offer (which luckily happened very quickly from our end) were happy to assist and easy to deal with in getting the agreement signed up. They did all the running around! Thank you both so much for your infectious positivity! Dealing with you felt more like a friendship, not a transaction. You're right, it did all come together and just felt like the right property for us.
